When selecting a ladder, consider the
depth beneath the dock or pontoon deck. |

This ladder is commonly available from
many sources. It’s imported and everyone
is buying it from the same supplier.
It’s a great light-weight use ladder and
because everyone sells it, we offer it
at what we think is the best price. The
manufacturer rates this folding pontoon
ladder to #300, but do yourself a favor,
if you have a heavy swimmer
don’t buy it. When we tested it
on our pontoon the grandchildren used it
for the entire summer, but when their
#240 dad visited, it bent the second
time he climbed it. We rate it for #150
and won’t warranty it if your #240
swimmer bends it. Or, pay more from one
of our competitors and get a new one
every season. |

still offer the old style
“plastic cup” mount which
requires you to cut a hole in
the floor to install the
mounting cups. Our new mount
just screws to the deck. |

Here's how it mounts & works |
|
The mount and ladder is about 15” wide.
Center it in your pontoon gate area. The
ladder can only be used in the gate area
because the stand offs that support the
bottom of the ladder rest against the
pontoon tube. Secure the keyhole mounts,
1 1/2” in from the edge of the deck and
11 3/4” apart (left inside edge to right
inside edge). Insert the nub in the
bottom of the tube of the ladder into
the keyhole and pull the ladder towards
the edge of the deck, locking it in
place. Your ladder is ready to use.
One set of
keyhole mounts with stainless
screws comes with each new ladder.
Purchase an extra set
of keyhole mounts to use your ladder on
both sides of you pontoon boat.
An extra set will be offered at a
discounted price at checkout.
